The Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll join a highly collaborative international team on a mission to support core system integrations and develop internal tools that help our colleagues and clients succeed.
You’ll be trusted with meaningful work from day one, including:
- Working on insurance product implementations alongside experienced developers.
- Helping our Canadian clients understand what’s possible within a highly configurable platform.
- Designing and implementing new software solutions with real impact.
- Applying structured problem‑solving to tackle technical challenges.
- Gathering requirements and translating them into clear, accurate specifications.
- Managing implementation builds and ensuring quality delivery.
- Continuously improving the Acturis system.
- Contributing to proposals and demonstrating technical solutions to clients.

About you
Successful applicants tend to have the following attributes:
- A degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, or another technical field
- Strong aptitude for technology and logical problem‑solving
- A track record of completing projects and taking ownership
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team
- Genuine interest in IT and software
- Confidence and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills (especially for client‑facing roles)
While not required, we always welcome fluency or proficiency in French so we can better service clients across Canada.
