The Role
As a Project Manager in our Sales and Customer Experience department you will work to support the implementation and launch of insurance technologyfor specific client projects.
You’ll be able to engage in meaningful work including:
- Managing periodic meetings with the Acturis and Client teams to discuss progress
- Planning, tracking and controlling progress and resources including maintenance of governance documentation and project plans
- Coordinating cross functional team meetings with colleagues locally and globally
- Acting as the primary contact and escalation point for the client’s Project Team
- Managing project progress, risks and issues using a structured and logical approach

About you
Successful applicants tend to have the following attributes:
- A degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, or another technical field
- 1-2 years’ experience providing excellent customer service
- An aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solving
- An ability to work in teams and learn quickly
- Demonstrated interest in and experience using technology and software
- Self-management skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Confident, proactive and eager to take on responsibility
While not required, we always welcomefluency or proficiency in French so we can better service clients across Canada.
